Good Governance in Post-Conflict Societies

Training Introduction
Post-conflict societies face complex governance
challenges, including institutional rebuilding, reconciliation, security
stabilization, service delivery restoration, and social cohesion. Good
governance becomes the foundation for sustainable peace, economic
revitalization, and democratic development.
This training program provides participants with the principles, frameworks,
and tools required to promote transparent, accountable, inclusive, and
effective governance systems in the aftermath of conflict. Participants will
learn how governance reforms, institutional strengthening, and community
engagement strategies contribute to long-term stability and development.
