Conflicts of Interest Management

1. Training Introduction

The Conflicts of Interest Management Training is a comprehensive and practical program designed to strengthen institutional integrity, transparency, and accountability by equipping professionals with the knowledge and tools to identify, prevent, disclose, and manage conflicts of interest effectively.

Conflicts of interest—whether real, potential, or perceived—pose significant risks to governance systems, corporate reputation, procurement processes, and public trust. This training provides structured frameworks, policies, and practical strategies to ensure ethical decision-making and compliance with best practices in both public and private sector institutions.

The program runs for 4 days (3 hours per day) and concludes with a 1-Day Tour/Site Visit to observe conflict of interest controls and governance systems in real-world practice.
