1. Training Introduction

The Corporate Governance Principles Training is a comprehensive program designed to equip participants with the knowledge, frameworks, and practical skills necessary to enhance transparency, accountability, and ethical leadership within organizations.

The program spans 4 days (3 hours per day) and includes a 1-Day Tour/Site Visit to observe best practices in corporate governance and board oversight in real-world institutional settings.
