1. Training Introduction

The Investigations & Case Management Training is a comprehensive and practical program designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools required to conduct professional investigations and manage cases effectively within organizational, regulatory and institutional settings.

Effective investigations and structured case management systems are essential for ensuring accountability, resolving misconduct, preventing financial losses, and maintaining organizational integrity. This training integrates investigative methodologies, legal considerations, evidence handling procedures, documentation standards, and ethical decision-making principles.

The program runs for 4 days (3 hours per day) and includes a 1-Day Tour/Site Visit to provide hands-on exposure to real-world investigative and case management environments.
