The Handling Ethical Complaints Training is
a comprehensive and practical program designed to strengthen organizational
capacity in receiving, assessing, investigating, and resolving ethical
complaints in a fair, transparent, and professional manner.
Organizations must have effective mechanisms to
address misconduct, conflicts of interest, harassment, fraud, abuse of power,
and other ethical breaches. Proper handling of ethical complaints protects
institutional integrity, ensures due process, safeguards whistleblowers, and
promotes a culture of accountability and trust.
This program integrates legal principles, ethical
frameworks, investigative procedures, documentation standards, and case
management systems to ensure complaints are managed efficiently and
confidentially.
The training spans 4 days (3 hours per day)
and includes a 1-Day Tour/Site Visit to observe ethical complaint
management systems in operational settings.
