Whistleblower Protection

1. Training Introduction

The Whistleblower Protection Training is a comprehensive and practical program designed to strengthen institutional capacity in protecting individuals who report misconduct,  fraud, corruption, abuse, or unethical behaviour.

Effective whistleblower protection frameworks are essential for promoting transparency, accountability, and ethical governance. Organizations that safeguard whistleblowers create safer reporting environments, detect misconduct early, and strengthen stakeholder trust.

This training integrates legal principles, policy frameworks, risk management strategies, case management systems, and cultural transformation approaches to ensure whistleblowers are protected from retaliation and treated fairly.

The program runs for 4 days (3 hours per day) and includes a 1-Day Tour/Site Visit to observe operational whistleblower protection and compliance systems in practice.

  • Observation of reporting and case tracking systems
