Non-Retaliation Policies

1. Training Introduction

The Non-Retaliation Policies Training is a comprehensive and practical program designed to strengthen organizational capacity to prevent, identify, and address retaliation against individuals who report misconduct, raise concerns, or participate in investigations.

Non-retaliation policies are essential components of strong governance, compliance, and ethical culture frameworks. Organizations that fail to protect reporters and witnesses risk legal exposure, reputational harm, and erosion of trust. This training equips participants with the knowledge and tools to design, implement, and monitor effective non-retaliation systems aligned with best practices in ethics and compliance.

The program runs for 4 days (3 hours per day) and includes a 1-Day Tour/Site Visit to observe operational reporting and protection systems in practice.
