1. Training Introduction
The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
Compliance Training is a comprehensive program designed to equip
participants with the knowledge, strategies, and tools to foster inclusive,
equitable, and diverse workplaces while ensuring organizational compliance with
legal, regulatory, and governance standards.
DEI initiatives strengthen organizational culture,
enhance employee engagement, promote innovation, and mitigate legal and
reputational risks. This training integrates regulatory requirements, policy
frameworks, cultural transformation strategies, and practical implementation
approaches to help organizations embed DEI principles into their operations
effectively.
The program runs for 4 days (3 hours per day)
and includes a 1-Day Tour/Site Visit to observe practical DEI
implementation in organizations.

7. Tour / Site Visit (1 Day)
Purpose:
To provide practical exposure to organizations
successfully implementing DEI frameworks and compliance systems.
Activities:
- Visit
to a corporate HR department, diversity office, or public sector
organization
- Interaction
with DEI officers and leadership teams
- Observation
of inclusive policies, programs, and reporting systems
- Discussion
of operational challenges, successes, and best practices
- Reflection
and lessons learned session
Expected Learning:
