Prevention of Workplace Misconduct

1. Training Introduction

The Prevention of Workplace Misconduct Training is a comprehensive program designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and frameworks to proactively prevent, identify and address misconduct in the workplace.

Workplace misconduct—including harassment, bullying, fraud, policy violations, and unethical behavior—undermines organizational culture, reduces employee morale, and can result in legal and reputational consequences. This training emphasizes proactive prevention strategies, ethical workplace standards, effective reporting mechanisms, and the development of a culture of accountability.

The program runs for 4 days (3 hours per day) and includes a 1-Day Tour/Site Visit to observe operational misconduct prevention and compliance systems in practice.
