Ethics Risk Assessment

1. Training Introduction

The Ethics Risk Assessment Training is a comprehensive program designed to provide participants with the knowledge, tools, and methodologies to identify, assess, and mitigate ethical risks within organizations.

Ethical risks, if unmanaged, can lead to misconduct, reputational damage, legal non-compliance, and loss of stakeholder trust. This training equips participants with practical frameworks for assessing ethical vulnerabilities, evaluating organizational culture, and implementing controls to strengthen ethical governance.

The program runs for 4 days (3 hours per day) and includes a 1-Day Tour/Site Visit to observe practical applications of ethics risk assessment in organizational settings.
