1. Training Introduction

The Monitoring & Auditing for Compliance Training is a comprehensive program designed to equip participants with practical skills and methodologies to effectively monitor, audit, and evaluate compliance programs within organizations.

An effective compliance framework requires continuous monitoring and independent auditing to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards. The program runs for 4 days (3 hours per day) and includes a 1-Day Tour/Site Visit to observe monitoring and audit processes in operational environments.
