1. Training Introduction
The Code of Conduct & Organizational Values
Training is a comprehensive program designed to strengthen ethical culture,
reinforce corporate values, and ensure alignment between individual behaviour
and organizational standards.
A well-developed Code of Conduct provides clear
guidance on expected behaviors, ethical decision-making, compliance
obligations, and accountability structures. When embedded effectively,
organizational values shape workplace culture, build stakeholder trust, and reduce
ethical and compliance risks.
This training equips participants with the
knowledge and practical tools to develop, implement, communicate, and sustain
an effective Code of Conduct aligned with organizational mission and values.
The program runs for 4 days (3 hours per day)
and includes a 1-Day Tour/Site Visit to observe value-driven governance
and compliance practices in operational environments.

7. Tour / Site Visit (1 Day)
Purpose:

organizational values into their governance structures.

The certificate formally recognizes successful
completion of the Code of Conduct & Organizational Values Training (4
Days + 1 Day Tour/Site Visit) and demonstrated competence in designing,
implementing, and sustaining ethical standards and value-driven governance
systems.
