The Ethical Leadership & Tone at the Top
Training is a high-impact leadership development program designed to
strengthen integrity-driven governance and ethical decision-making at senior
management and board levels.
Leadership behavior sets the standard for
organizational culture. “Tone at the Top” reflects the commitment of leaders to
integrity, accountability, transparency, and compliance. When leaders model
ethical conduct, organizations build trust, reduce misconduct risks, and
enhance sustainable performance.
This training equips participants with practical
tools to lead ethically, embed organizational values, influence culture
positively, and strengthen governance systems.
The program runs for 4 days (3 hours per day)
and includes a 1-Day Tour/Site Visit to observe leadership-driven
governance and compliance systems in practice.
