1. Training Introduction

The Public Procurement Integrity Training is a practical and comprehensive program designed to equip participants with the knowledge, tools, and skills necessary to ensure integrity, transparency, and accountability in public procurement processes.

Public procurement is a high-risk area for corruption, fraud, and inefficiency. Organizations and public institutions need structured policies, ethical practices, and strong internal controls to safeguard public resources. The program runs for 4 days (3 hours per day) and includes a 1-Day Tour/Site Visit to observe real-world procurement processes and integrity controls in action.
