The Grant Management Compliance Training is
a practical and comprehensive program designed to equip participants with the

legal, regulatory, and donor requirements.
Effective grant management requires robust internal
controls, transparent reporting, risk mitigation strategies, and adherence to
donor and statutory regulations. This training provides participants with
practical guidance on grant lifecycle management—from proposal submission and
fund allocation to monitoring, reporting, and audit readiness—ensuring
compliance, accountability, and ethical stewardship of funds.
The program runs for 4 days (3 hours per day)
and includes a 1-Day Tour/Site Visit to observe operational grant
management and compliance systems in action.
