Lean Six Sigma Roadmap
Training Introduction:
The auditing profession is evolving rapidly in

value. Lean Six Sigma (LSS) provides a structured, data-driven
methodology that helps audit professionals identify inefficiencies, reduce
process variation, and enhance audit quality. This course equips auditors with
Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to improve the end-to-end audit lifecycle —
from planning and fieldwork to reporting and follow-up.
By leveraging the DMAIC (Define, Measure,
Analyze, Improve, Control) roadmap, participants will learn how to optimize
audit planning, enhance risk assessments, reduce rework and cycle time, and
deliver more impactful audit results. This course is ideal for internal and
