1. Introduction
End User Computing (EUC) refers to the systems, tools,
and technologies that empower users to create, manage, and control their own
applications, reports, and data solutions—without depending entirely on IT
departments.
This course provides participants with the technical and practical knowledge
required to utilize computing tools effectively for productivity,
collaboration, and business performance. Participants will gain skills in
operating systems, office applications, data management, communication
technologies and information security.
