Introduction
Software Project Management (SPM) focuses on the application of
project management principles, tools, and techniques specifically to software
development projects. This course equips participants with the skills to plan,
execute, monitor, and deliver software projects on time, within budget, and
according to user requirements and quality standards.
The training integrates both technical and
managerial competencies, including Agile and traditional methodologies,
risk and quality management, stakeholder communication, and project
leadership—ensuring participants can manage complex software initiatives in
dynamic business environments.
