CYBER SECURITY AND GLOBAL DIGITAL

Training Introduction
The rapid expansion of digital infrastructure—from
cloud computing and broadband networks to data centers and digital
platforms—has transformed global communication, commerce, and governance.
However, this digital revolution has also introduced unprecedented cybersecurity
threats and complex policy challenges that require coordinated
international responses.
The “Cyber Security and Global Digital
Infrastructure Policy” training program provides a strategic overview of
cybersecurity principles, governance mechanisms, and international policy
frameworks guiding global digital infrastructure. It equips participants with
the knowledge and analytical tools to understand, assess, and design resilient
and secure digital ecosystems.
