Effective communication is central to parliamentary
leadership. Parliamentarians must articulate policy positions clearly, engage

communication and presentation skills that go beyond traditional public
speaking.
This course, designed by FOTADE Training,
Research and Resource Development Centre, enhances the capacity of
parliamentarians to communicate confidently, respond strategically to diverse
audiences, and uphold the integrity and dignity of parliamentary communication.
