Management Development Programme for Local Government and Municipal

1. Introduction
Local Government and Municipal Heads play a central
role in delivering essential services, promoting community development, and
driving grassroots governance. In a rapidly changing administrative landscape,
these leaders require enhanced managerial capacity, modern governance skills,
strategic thinking, and the ability to engage communities effectively.
The FOTADE Training, Research and Resource
Development Centre designed this Management Development Programme to
strengthen institutional leadership, promote efficient service delivery,
enhance policy implementation, and empower municipal executives with the tools
and knowledge required to meet local governance challenges.
