Participatory Project Planning, Implementation,
Monitoring, and Evaluation (PPM&E) is a community-focused approach that
ensures stakeholders are actively engaged throughout the project lifecycle. By
incorporating participatory methods, projects become more responsive,
accountable and sustainable.
This training equips participants with practical
skills to design, implement, monitor, and evaluate community projects while
fostering collaboration, ownership, and empowerment among beneficiaries.
